Nutrition & Menu

Our nutrition & menu information

Although I am not a nutritionist, I know enough to feed your child healthy foods. I will never feed your child anything that I would not feed my own children. I am aware that each meal should include; protein, starch, vegetables and fruits. And I will be committed to offer that to your child daily.

Breakfast

At breakfast these are some of the food that will be offered to your child on different days: pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs with toast, oatmeal and fruits will be part of breakfast every day.

Lunch

AAs far as protein goes I will offer the children on a regular basis; chicken, fish and turkey with red meat offered once a week (meat sauce or beef stew). These will be offered along with rice and beans or pasta. Some of the vegetables will be: celery, carrots, broccolis, green peppers, green beans, mushrooms, zucchini, corn, and peas. During meals I will encourage your child drink water instead of juice and milk will be offered after lunch.

Snack

Will be offered between meals. They will be cheese, milk, yogurts, crackers with or without cream cheese, pretzels, unsweetened dry cereal, toast and fruit.

Ps. I am open for suggestions. Please let me know if there’s any food listed here that your child doesn’t like or is allergic to.
